Here it is, our first attempt at a cooking video. We go over the preparation and cooking of a Pork Shoulder Roast cooked in chicken broth seasoned with dry onion and garlic powder. This recipe is simple and meant to highlight the flavor of the meat. You can adjust the seasonings to whatever flavors you like and the cooking process can be used for any type of roast that is suited for braising.
