  1. Tear bread into small chunks and place in mixing bowl. Add milk and mix in to fully soak the bread. Broth or water can be used in place of milk if desired.
  2. After the bread has soaked up moisture for several minutes, sprinkle Salt, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, and Pepper Flakes (optional) over the bread chunks and then stir and mash bread and seasonings into a paste.
  3. Add the ground beef to the bowl and gently fold in and mix the paste into the beef until combined.
  4. Add half the jar of spaghetti sauce to the pressure cooker.
  5. Form the beef mixture into 1-1/2 to 2 inch meatballs (about the size of a golf ball to slightly larger) and place into the sauce in the pressure cooker. There will be 20 to 24 meatballs and you will need to stack them in two layers to fit.
  6. Add the remainder of the spaghetti sauce over the top of the meatballs.
  1. Place lid on the pressure cooker and set to pressure cook for 8 minutes.
  2. When the pressure cooking has completed, allow natural pressure release for 5 minutes and then manually release remaining pressure.
  3. Remove the lid after the automatic pressure valve drops and serve meatballs and sauce.
